Steel tubes and couplers.
It is better to use steel tubes of 48*3.5mm welding kind and Q235A steel type so its mechanical property is in accordance with regulations in “ Carbon structure steel” GBT-700 and the couplers comply with “ steel tubular scaffolding couplers”- GB15831-1995.
Base bracket.
For the scaffolding with couplers, there are two coupler types of welded iron and forged iron. The material requirements for the forged iron are same as that of the couplers. And the welded iron shall adopt Q235 iron. The welded bar shall use E43 type.
The basic methods for preparing the ground foundation.
First prepare the tamping and leveling works of the ground foundation. Sloping around the main body of the construction about 3-5%。After the tamping of the refilling soil, fully set scaffolding planks which are 5cm thick and more than 20cm wide along the circumference of the building and then put steel base brackets on the wood planks on the wood scaffold boards. Place standing tubes on the base plates and then decide the position and paying off the coordinates. All the steel planks shall be stable and solid without any suspension space below.
