1 Removing the floor standing type scaffolding
When scheming the removing methods, all the methods shall be included such as the process, orders, removing methods and safety measures. The dismantling order shall be from top to bottom, removing those erected first prior to those erected afterwards. The right removing order is the guardrails, the scaffolding frames, the bridging braces, the diagonals, the transverse tubes, the ledgers, and then the standing tubes and the scaffolding planks. The simultaneous removing of both the top and bottom is forbidden. The removing workers shall wear safety hats and belts. Set up fence around the building or warning notice and assigned special staff to command to avoid any potential risks.
2 Erecting the floor standing type scaffolding
It is forbidden to mix the use of steel tubes of two kinds of diameters of 48mm and 51mm. At the major joints, the fixed transverse tubes, bridging braces, and vertical brace’s centers shall be no more than 150mm away from the major joints. When removing the scaffolding planks and steel planking, take notice when downloading them as it is forbidden to throw them down from scaffolding frames.
