- Tips for the construction process of external scaffoldings: First for the erecting of scaffolding planks; Second for the guardrails and toe boards.
First for the erecting of scaffolding planks.
All the working platforms shall be fully and stably planked with scaffold boards to make sure there shall be no gaps more than 50mm. And the floors and levels under construction shall be fully scaffolding planked. All the scaffolding planks shall be fully erected every two floors and for the floors without scaffolding planks, there shall be equipped with safety nets around the floor to make a fully enclosed space with the both measures.
When connecting the two boards, at the end of the boards set two transverse flat tubes and the extension length for the scaffolding planks shall be 130mm-150mm. The total protruding length of two walk board scaffoldings shall be no more than 300mm.
Second for the guardrails and toe boards.
When erecting the working platform of scaffolding platform, inside the external standing tubes about 1000mm away from the scaffolding wall shall be equipped with a guardrail and paint red and white. There shall also set a toe board with a height of 180mm.
