Before using the construction coupler formwork system, a construction plan shall be schemed to avoid any potential risks or accidents that might happen during the projects.
There are so many different scaffold coupler suppliers both in China and aboard, so how to choose the best one? The couplers design is a key point. The appearance and its quality standard shall comply with requirements from the project. Regular check and inspect the coupler to see if there is any crack, deformation or thread skid of the bolt. Any incompetent couplers are forbidden to be used in the construction project as they can contribute to life endangered accidents and risks.
All the tubes, couplers and other elements shall be pre-inspected and checked before erecting coupler scaffolding and formwork system, so does the dismantlement of them. The removal of them shall be operated from top to bottom by parts and levels. It is forbidden to remove in two different levels at the same time. The height gap for the dismantlement in different levels shall be within 2 lifts. If there are any tie members connecting to the formwork braces, the tie members shall be removed with that of the formwork by levels.
The removal of the tie members cannot go earlier than that of the shoring frames and it is forbidden to remove all the tie members at first. In one word, the removal of the coupler scaffold and the shoring frames shall be done in a right order and with great efficiency.
