How to ensure the frame scaffold safety?

For the sake of ensuring frame scaffold safety, the prior measures we shall take when we are designing the frame scaffolding stability include:
1. for the space of span and lift are the same, the calculation unit shall be the bottom frame.
2. for the space of span and lift are different, the calculation unit shall be the bottom frame whose space is bigger.
3. for the accumulated working load, if have, the calculation unit shall be the frame which sustains the largest pressure within the limitation of accumulated working load.
4. the designed axial stress value of frame body in the full hall scaffolding system shall be determined by the bearing area of the frame calculating area.
Employers must retrain employees when inadequacies are observed, changes in worksite conditions occur or when it is believed that an employee lacks the skill or understanding needed for safe work involving the erection, use or dismantling of the scaffold.
