Basic elements of scaffold tube

As fundamental component of scaffolding System, scaffold tube are playing a vital part in engineering construction. Tubes used are of light weight and liable. The most widely used tubes are is galvanized steel, hot-dipped galvanized steel, Aluminum. Demand of scaffold tube today is very high because of its several merits and blooming construction market. Some merits of these scaffold tube are: low weight of system, easy access, free from risk of corrosion, easy to transport, transportation cost is very low etc.
Generally，the three basic elements are standard, putlogs and ledgers. The spacing of the basic elements in the scaffold are fairly standard. Standards are the vertical tubes that transfer the whole weight of the structure to the ground. Ledger is a lengthwise horizontal scaffold tube that extends from standard to standard, that supports the putlogs and that forms a tie between the standards. Transoms rests upon the ledgers at right angles.
