Use a crane to lift the pier body and set working platform (including scaffolding ladder staircase upside and downside), install bounded steel bars inside the working platform of steel tubular kind scaffolding and scaffolding ladder outside the scaffolding.
When installing scaffolding frames sand step ladders, it shall be installed right at the positions regulated in to the designed drawings. Confirm where the installation start points are and then confirm the initial height of standing tubes on the base of the ground elevation. Put backing plates at the bottom of tubes. If there happen to be some uneven, suspending or uneven bearing of load, use an adjustable bracket to adjust the elevation value.
Erect three lines of scaffoldings and step ladder in Z shape at the side of piers. The ladder shall be 1meter in width and 1.8m in each level. The two sides of step ladder shall be surrounded by protective hurdles with a height of 1.2m. Planks on the ladder shall be wooden material nailed with anti-skid bars whose space shall be 20cm. When transporting step ladder into the working platform, three sides of ladder shall be equipped with steel tubes and with a safety net to avoid workers from falling down from the entrance of the ladder.
